As the number says, this is the very first hat I made for sale. As many creative journeys start, I made a hat for friends, loved ones, and myself, but wanted to make more, so this was the first hat I made for someone I don’t know (yet) to enjoy! This blue wool felt fedora was an opportunity to have fun. With a classic tear drop crown at 5” high, a skull shape sticks out to give it a little something that will cause anyone walking by to do a double take. Sized at 57, this 1.75” short straight brim helps keep the attention on the flamed aged look of the hat. The headband and bow made from a silver and blue skull and cross-bone design tie helps pull together the silver liner on the inside. Add some blue stitching on the VERY comfortable suede comfort band and you have a rather stylish yet sophisticated hat you can sport all day long.
